My journey with yoga began in 2006 with an instant love for Asana practice, and it continued for more than seven years with Ashtanga and Power Yoga practice.
The effort and dedication transformed my passion for yoga into a dream job.
In 2013 I completed my Yoga Teaching Training in Thailand as Absolute Yoga under Michael Bernard and Roslyn Ying, and I developed a unique practice and teaching of the Ashtanga Vinyasa method.
Completion of Gravitonics Yoga Teacher Training in Bali in 2015 and a multitude of worldwide workshops, enhanced my teaching method.
My teaching philosophy is that yoga can benefit all body types at any age.
My own experience influences my approach to yoga teaching as a practitioner. I have focused on the breath while leading the student through a series of Asanas. The sequence and intensity of the class may vary according to the student`s experience, energy, and determination.
The class can be accessible to beginners and challenging for intermediate students at the same time, attention will be paid to each student separately.
If you can breathe, you can do yoga!
Commitment comes with simplicity; non-essential goods will lead you to more worries. Therefore exist to be happy and not to impress!
